Fix my issues

Vodacom online is the most *********** bunch of people I ever saw working in one company.... My whole complained starts on the 5th of November trying to upgrade my contract so firstly the sales consultant tells me I only qualify for a Huawei Y7 prime 2018 (witch according to her is better than the Huawei P range) then they send me the wrong phone it only took them 2 days and I had the phone. So I realize its the wrong phone and within 2 hours start the process of returning the phone and thats where my nightmare started so they tell me its gonna take them upto 7 working days to collect 2 Hellopeter complaints 3 facebook complaints and multiple promises from different people with in the company and 7 days later after they told me as soon as the phone is returned they will mark my case as urgent and make sure I will have my new phone by wendsday the 14th of november I Phoned them on the 13th for a tracking number and I was told you will have it by the 14th but no tracking number available so I phoned them on the 14th still no tracking number but I will definitely have it on rhe 16th or the 19th or I should cancel the deal and go to a vodashop and get my phone there. So I went to a vodacom shop and 4 cellphone calls later I only managed to get the deal canceled. Just to find out that on my points I have with vodacom.(700 points) I can qualify for anyphone on any contract I have no limits the sales lady even tried to give my a laptop contract there and then witch I declined as I only wanted the phone for now. So why do voda online tell me I have limitations but the vodashop want to give me anything due to my excellent points I have apparently 700 points is the highest you can score with vodacom. So then I take my P20 lite as I initially wanted but could not get according to voda online ( but what they offered to me after I ran to hellopeter the first because they gave me the wrong phone). This whole ordeal lasted 7days of false promises people treating me like I was the quilty party like I made the mistake phones being slammed down in my ear false promises empty promises no compromise no compassion. So at the vodashop I had to pay R150 to get my phone at voda online I didnt have to pay that at vodashop the contract is costing me R309 at voda online It would have been R269 I was promised 2gb free data per month for 24 months and 5gig data once off to load my phone havnt received it yet.... I just want to say your customer service is disappointing your customer relations is even worse and after ******ing up a deal and realizing you made a mistake and promising stuff at a reduced price and givibg free data once off and for a period of 24 months a person would expect that you would step up your service a nodge to make the unhappy client a satisfied client but instead you went to steps back you went from its maybe human error to completely disorganized, rude, unhelpful, ***********, making empty promises. I have 3 contracts with vodacom and I have been with vodacom for almost 6 years because Mtn made n mistake (smaller than this) and I took everthing to vodacom Im telling you now this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Vodacom you need to see the importance of your clients without us you are just a sign on a wall. Because of your staff from bottom level to management level you all disappointed me no one wanted to go the extra mile one person tried to fix all of your mistakes and everybody after her messed it up so badly that I drove to a shop to fix your *********** behavior myself. You offered me the p20 lite at R269 it better happen I will not pay R309 you offered my 5 gig once of Im still waiting for it and you better make sure that my 2 gig per month for 24 monrh ate loaded and I want my R150 I paid at vodashop returned because I had to pay that because of you and your staffs incompetence. Catch a wake up vodacom you dropped the ball this is the real world you aren't the only cellphone company in SA we can pick and choose
