FIX MY INVOICES TO REFLECT CORREXT DUE DATE!!!
I have requested Vodacom to fix my invoices to reflect the correct due dates and was told “someone will call you soon” 5 days later the soon has not happened!!!

13 May 2021, 15:13You need to change the person that is allocated to call us back to resolve our helo Peter complaints because the guy I spoke to is very very rude!!! Zero apology from him that Vodacom has made an error with putting on incorrect due date, and arrogantly told me if I follow the invoice due date when paying for the statement it’s not his problem that I will be behind and will have my accounts suspended! I mean I’m not the one who wrote the incorrect due date!!
Maybe I should go to icasa about this.
