Five numbers and five different people and I still haven't been helped.

My modem and data bundle were due for an upgrade in Feb this year so various different organisations have been phoning me to offer me products.

I received a call from a company called, according to TrueCaller, Callbuy Mondo Vodacom who offered me a great package which I decided to take. I asked the call centre agent twice if it was replacing my existing package and he said yes. I asked his supervisor if it was replacing my existing package and she said yes.

The modem was delivered and I received a call from a Vodacom call centre agent saying that i was due for an upgrade and he was offering me a product. I said that I had already done this through Mondo. he looked on the system only to discover that I now have two modem, data contracts both of which I will need to pay at the end of the month. The man who called said he couldn't help me cancel the number that I would need to phone 082 111 in order to cancel.

The original person who sold me the package also said that if I want to cancel within 14 days I can do so by calling 082111 which I did.

The first lady I spoke to said that in order to cancel and upgrade I would need to phone the cancellations department on ********** , then I would need to phone the sales department on ********** to arrange for them to collect the modem and then I would need to call the upgrades department to upgrade my modem on ********** .

I phoned the cancellations department, after telling the woman my whole saga the line cut out. She didn't phone me back even though your automated messages told me to input my number upfront.

I phoned again and after once again telling him my entire story he tells me that he is also not the right person to speak to and that I would need to call after sales on ********** .

So I phoned After sales, after holding on for 8 minutes I put the phone down and am writing this review.

I want to cancel the additional number that was sold to me under false pretences and I want to upgrade my existing contract. I would like to speak to ONE human, the correct human who can assist me with doing this such that I don't have to contact five different departments to get it done.
