Not so much as for Vodacom!! This is for the person behind the call centre that helped me!!

There is a First time for everything.. First time ever a Vodacom customer consultant promised to and then phoned ME back about a phone issue..

Thank you Sindisiwe Ntuli @ #vodacom for really going the extra mile and your assistance (even though the issue was not resolved) xx your service assistance was excellent. You gave me a little faith back into Vodacom as I just started to be fed up xx
