first time contract huge mess up

On the 26/03/2015 i went into the vodacom store at the vna waterfront to apply for my very first contract.I app**** for the iphone 6plus with a monthly payment that would be suitable for me.The amount i signed up for was R727.00.<br> On the the 27/03/2015 my account was debited for the pro rata billing of R147.00.Two weeks into my contract i received a sms from vodacom stating that my contract has been suspended due to my personal choice of switching over to prepaid,which i did not at all agree upon.When i went to the store that very same day to find out what was going on i was informed that my ph was put on the incorrect contract payment meaning the value of my ph was to much for the amount that i signed up for and was then told il either have to return my ph for different 1 or pay an extra amount monthly which i clearly did not budget for.Long story short my ph was deactivated then reactivated going on for the last 2weeks of april,my first installment was debited from my acc on 30/04/2015 with the full amount knowing very well my ph was not reconnected on correct contract for the last 2 weeks of the month and now today my phone was deactivated again due to another vodacom MESSUP!!!!
