FIRST IT WAS SMS's NOW IT'S PHONE CALLS

I am unable to RECEIVE phones calls and I also CANNOT send SMS's for over 2 hours now. When I switched to Vodacom I expected less problems as I was made to believe it's the best network provider now I am really unhappy and its barely 2months. Can you make sure you sort this matter out as soon as possible. I have missed quite a few important calls. It's bad enough that you spoiled my birthday now I can't work properly either. I do not even know how are you going to communicate with me since I can't receive phone calls. I am really upset right now, just when I thought MTN was the worst I get the same service from you. This is totally not on.
