FIRST CELLPHONE CONTRACT RUINED!!!!

Firstly, just to keep customers fully aware, VODACOM HAS FALSE ADVERTISING ONLINE! Why i say this is because they state that the insurnce for a Samsung S8 is R150. I went to the Greenstone Vodacom for my new phone with my first contract (which is another story yet to come) Long story short the insurance they gave me was R300, Which i then declined . they then debited the R300 from my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION!!!

So to explain getting my contract at the Greenstone Vodacom, a very rude lady by the name of TERCIA assited with my application. She did not ask us for any add ons (which I was interested in) She was more interested in my personal life and getting a job at the company im working at, rather than explaining all the details of the contract. she then told me the insurance was R300 . I told her that it was not what i saw online (the official www.Vodacom.co.za) and made as if she was right.

After being debited R300 from my account , i have been calling the call center almost every day.(This has been a NIGHTMARE as I requested a call and did not get the call back.) Even today MY PROBLEM HAS STILL NOT BEEN SOLVED. it has now been 2 weeks and have spoken to numerous people who have not once said SORRY for anything that i have been through or any plan of action to assist me. After speaking with one of the insurance heads telephonically, explaining our situation, all we got from him was a verbal "There is nothing we can do for you, the website had the price wrong." the actual Price is R189, which does not match what is displayed online.

I then went Back to the Vodacom in Greenstone and had the so called "manager" named, KHULU NKADIMENG to assist me . I explained my frustration, again i had no apology. He took my details down and noted all the things that needed to be done as the insurance department was closed at the time and i would recieve a call back from him the next morning, i am still waiting for that call and its now been 4 days. He assured me that he would call me, but failed.

I honestly REGRET taking a contract with Vodacom as it was suppose to be exciting to get a new phone and contract with an easy proccess. I have had my phone for 2 weeks and afraid to take it out the house as i dont know what is happening with the insurance. I still have this problem and need assistance , can someone please help???
