Finrite insurance trading on behalf of Vodacom (non negotiable obligated insurance?

On the 28th of October 2020 I called vodacom to cancel the obligated insurance that they give you not by choice or even an option of where you can have your device insured. Even though I have been paying the insurance for one year more than I was supposed to. Unknowingly I was supposed to cancel it myself. Nonetheless, the consultant I spoke to (Priscilla) never canceled the insurance and it was further debited from my account until February. I called again and spoke to Thando who then explained that Priscilla never canceled the policy and that it will now be done on my behalf. Thando asked me to give a call back on 12 February. I called on both the following dates (15.02 & 19.02)to speak to a manager that can assist as the cancelation is still not done and dan not be found on the system. I spoke to Lerato, Nayo, Ernest who said that management is not available due to various reasons (in training, on another call, meeting etc.) and that they would call me back. No call was received and I called again on 01.03.2021 and spoke to Penny. Penny said that it takes up to 30 days for cancelation and refunds to be done by their credit department. After holding for another 2+ hours they said that managers are all busy and will give me feedback before close of business but Penny promised it will be credited within 30 days. Today 05.05.2021 nearly 7 months after my initial call to vodacom I spoke to Latlabelo. She said that no cancelation Is picked up on her side. She will follow up and give me a call back. I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and got hung up on after being on the phone for 30 minutes saying that no manager is available. This is the worst call Centre with the worst management I have ever heard of. Dear vodacom. Please advise how you can forcibly include insurance to your "valuable customers" with such a poor service provider as finrite? I hold you accountable for their unprofessional behavior and absolute non compliance with customers satisfaction!
