Fined for returned debit orders

I am really an unhappy vodacom customer, as I just found out Vodacom charges a R100 penalty fee for a returned debit order, after my bank details changed.

I made cash payments at the bank for more than my monthly installment on my top up contract, however I am still being charged R100 for athe returned debit order.

Tjhis is the 1st company that fines you although the money is paid in and the right thing would be to cut the line and not charge a fine.

This is totally unacceptable practice which I will be taking further.

I hope to be credited theamount of the fines (2 x R100) for the returned debit orders as Vodacom received their payments.

Thank you

Angelo
**********
