Finally someone was able to help
Thank you Robyn for finally resolving my query after calling back for about 5 time and speaking to the likes of Vuyo and Vukani the unhelpful supervisors. I first spoke to Kabelo and the manner he conducted himself I had hope that I will surely be assisted, Kabelo transferred me to his supervisor Robyn who was able to assist me after such a struggle I had to go through. Kabelo and Robyn thank you guys
