Finally some great service Mujahid
I just got off the phone with Mujahid Fredericks who works for an outsourced company (Merchants) servicing Vodacom clients. My word, this guy was a breath of fresh air. His service ethic was underpinned by a genuine care to resolve my query, so much so that he solved some others as well. He was attentive, sincere, accurate, knowledgeable and efficient and he is an absolute credit to his organisation. I hope he gets the recognition he so richly deserves!!!
