Finally a competent staff member at Vodacom
Awesome service yet again from Farzana at the Vodacom The Glen branch. I been getting consistently good service on upgrades and new contracts over the last 3 years. Keep it up, this staff member is an example to your call centre staff and other branches on what customer service is all about.
