Fictitious Vodacom SP account NOT SIGNED FOR??.. handed over to Debt Collectors?

I recently received a call from Debt collection company that informed me that an Vodacom account of mine was handed over to them. First of all most of my contracts are taken out with CellC 90% of the time, secondly, after doing much research on my debit order bank accounts, it has shown that I was paying for my LG G6 dated 05 April 2018 via debit order - 24 months Complete and cancelled. Then 2x Vodacom tablets @ R149 per month for 2 years via debit order - 24 months Complete and Cancelled. However according to the debt collectors, there was a fee of R234.99 that was paid on and off called VODACOM SP. First and foremost, I did not sign for this. I have copies of all my contracts (that Vodacom themselves have sent to me), there is absolutely nothing on any of these contracts stating the above??? Where is this coming from and why is it on my NAME? All of my accounts are done via debit order. nothing is payed in cash. So please explain to me how this happened and why and where did I sign for this? I don't know what is going on at Vodacom, but your company has handed me over to a debt collection company that I know nothing about? this is unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Whats even more frustrating is that I have emailed your customer care department and of-course nobody wants to take any form of responsibility. WHAT IS VODACOM SP AND WHY THE HECK IS IT ON MY NAME? I AM SO DISGUSTED THAT I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER TO A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE BECAUSE OF PURE INCOMPETENCY! THIS COUNTRY IS GOING DOWN.. AND NOW *****ING FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE BY MAKING UP FICTITIOUS ACCOUNTS?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I WANT THIS TO BE SORTED OUT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT BEFORE CONTACTING YOUR OMBUDSMAN FOR EMBARRASSING ME LIKE THIS!
