Fibre-to-NO-HOME
I app**** for fibre-to-home about 4 months ago for it to be connected in my home within a complex in Summerfield Estates, Kosmosdal. After submitting cancellations on an existing internet connections, we were later told that free-standing houses (outside complexes) would take priority over sectional title units (like mine). I got a call from a Vodacom consultant to make an appointment with a technician to come to my unit for 16/11/2015. I waited for the technician and they did not come. I did not get a phone call as to the reason for their absence. Days later I received a phone from Lerato wanting to make an appointment, totally oblivious about the previous appointment. I told her about the previous appointment and she said she will find out what happened and give me a call in 5 minutes, she did not! I called Vodacom on 23/11/2015 when the consultant said that my issue will be escalated. Received a call from Nanki on 24/11/2015, assured me that the technician would come on 25/11/2015 at 10am. It is now 10:57, no technician and no call! <br> I DO WANT FIBRE-TO-HOME FROM VODACOM ANYMORE! This is an indication of the pathetic after-sales service I would receive after I get connected!
