Fibre, The worste service and technical repair time ever.

Reported a fibre line outage on the 11.04. ticket got closed on the 13.04, stating Internet service was restored, but Idiot checking doesn't bother to check if the fibre is restored or if it is running on the 3G backup, not the first time.... Relog ticket and remove 3G because of well.... idoits.

Technical tema comes on the 25.04 to splice cable, does splice and leaves, I call them on the 26.04 asking when my line will be fixes(technical team) get a reply it's fixed, only it isn't because they didn't bother to check if the spliced the correct lines. technical team says they will come on the 29.04 tried calling on the 29.04 midday got answer after 4 tries they confirm they are coming never shows, line is still off no idea when it will be fixed.

To the representative reading this don't just do a connection check. it will work because I have the 3G back ****le (on my account) plugged in, check the actual connection type to see the fibre is off and the cable needs to be repair/spliced. I have pictures of the shoddy work your contractor is doing and charging you for if you want them please share with me where I can send them to.
