Fibre Refund

I have been requesting a refund for the failed installation of Vuma Fibre without any success, and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. Vodacom, please return my money. I have called multiple times and received different reference numbers, and I have sent my supporting documents. I need you to address this issue, as I cannot continue waiting for months without a resolution for my refund
