Fibre problems
It has been 5 weeks since we installed a vumatel line in our house through vodacom and nothing else has been done after that. No internet access with NO HELP from customer service after 5 calls and emails. I cancelled my previous internet contract because this one was suppose to be up and running already! What next? The service sucks and promises are not kept!
