Fibre outage President Steyn Alberton Tower

Vodacom Fibre downtime now over 24 hours and call centre still unable to give any form of indication on how long outage will be. Have been **** to, had the phone put down on me when I asked for a reference number for the call and have been given different versions of the problem. This company seriously needs to do something because eventually all things come to an end and they may not always have the monopoly giving them reason to treat customers like absolute idiots who must just pay monthly for non-existent service
