Fibre not working for 20days but I still need to pay

I have been with Vodacom fibre for a year now with little to no issues. Problem started lately when I moved to a new place and app**** for my fibre to be relocated, new place uses metrofibre. I called on the 30th of May asking for relocation, of which I was told I was supposed to call a month before (I was never told this when I signed up), I then asked if it’s they have an emergency relocation because I really need WiFi, the lady who was assisting me said it’s possible but I will be charged twice, of which I agreed to, I said I would rather be charged twice then not have internet, she said she logged a ticket for me and I will receive an email. I did not receive any email so I called again following up, I was told that the metrofibre guys will contact me. Metrofibre called a few days after asking for my availability, since I am working from home I told them I am available. They never came, I started calling almost everyday asking for assistance of which the guy who finally came said the fibre box is faulty. A maintenance guy will come to fix it. No one came, I started calling again everyday, the maintenance guys only came on Friday the 13th, I think they did a quick fix because that is the only day the internet worked, after that we were back to square one. I was tired of calling so I let it be. Until Vodacom called and asked if the fibre is working, I told them it’s not. Metrofibre sent someone to come fix again today but that was not successful.

Today it’s the 21st of June, I am still without fibre but I will pay Vodacom full amount, I was told I will be charged twice. I am very frustrated at this point. I do not know how many times I have called for assistance, on top of that I’ve used more than R500 airtime to buy data for all these days and I will still need to pay Vodacom.
