Fibre not working

Dear Vodacom Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have been receiving from Vodacom. I logged a service request on Friday, complaining about the lack of network in my house, which has now been ongoing for almost three weeks.

Despite being assured that the technical team would provide feedback or get back to me within 24 hours, I have not received any updates or calls from them. I have been forced to call the call centre multiple times to follow up on my query, including Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (December 2nd).

Each time, I was told that my query had been escalated, but no one has bothered to contact me with an update. On Tuesday, I spoke with Sophie, who referred the matter to her manager, and an email was sent to the technician. However, I still haven't received a call from the technician or the manager.

I find it unacceptable that I am being charged the full amount every month, despite not having a working network at home. According to my records, I have been experiencing problems with the Vodacom network, and whenever I report an issue, I never receive any feedback, not even a simple SMS update.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would like someone to address this issue urgently. I request that you investigate this matter and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible.

Sincerely, Bantu

Hi, please call me again at 6 PM when I'm at home. I hope the consultant will provide a concrete solution this time, rather than just telling me that the query will be escalated. I've heard that word enough times, and I need this issue to be resolved now. The query has been assigned to Michael
