FIBRE NIGHTMARE!!!!

Worst service ever! Been waiting for over 2 weeks to have my router delivered - to be told the installer will bring it with when they do the fibre installation. To my surprise NO ROUTER! When i call Vodacom they tell me that the installer was supposed to bring it, so they not sure now. This is not on. I cannot afford to stay at home for a week waiting for VODACOM to decide when they want to deliver their router! Operators tell you "They do what they supposed to do" - what does that mean!?
