Fibre migration request...promises, promises

I am an existing "fibre client". On 13 May 2020 I phoned the Vodacom Fibre Contact Center to enquire about a line upgrade/migration (from 20/10 to 40/40 uncapped). An SR (number ***) was raised and the lady told me I will receive a quote on 14 may 2020 which I need to sign, send back and 3 business days later the migration will be in place.

…..well on 22 May 2020 I received an email update on the open SR, saying absolutely nothing....

On 27 May 2020, I phoned *** and another promise was made....many days later, no sign of the quote!

Needles to say I am now fed up with this situation...the cellular companies are sitting in the pound seats now so existing client are ignored....soon they will crawl back with all sorts of specials etc.

This is truly pathetic and unacceptable... It is my lifeline to work from home....and I struggle with my current line speeds...I wish I could change to another provider!

Let us hope they respond to this complaint!
