Fibre line constantly dropping
i have been having intermittent connectivity issues with my fibre line for over 3 weeks and placing tickets with Vodacom is no help its either they close my ticket without a solution or reason. i wouldn't recommend Vodacom to any of my client as it has been an up heal battle with getting my problem resolved

Below is the response i get from Vodacom without any effort to check the issues nor bothering to contact me as the customer, this is rather lazy and improper customer service, i wish to cancel my service and rather move to mtn as this company is clearly not will to assist with my issue.
