FIBRE ISSUE - Worst Support ever
I have logged at Service request on the 26/09/2023 with no feedback form Vodacom fiber yet. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't solve this issue. The customer and technical support are a joke, response times are slow. Turn around for faults are 24-72 hours normally but we have passed it already... I'm losing income with no fiber but it's like they just don't care.
