Fibre installed lies

Installing of fibre in my area of Pretoria.... It December of 2018, I was contacted by a agent wanting to sell me a package knowing we don't have coverage in my area but she wanted to check any way... So she check and the answer was what I expected. But then she phoned me back saying she made a mistake, I will have covarage in the next month. So I took it. But to cut a long story short they only contacted me again after 2 months passed. They got my address wrong (not even pertoria) and I got no fibre and will never seeing how useless serves providers. Here is my sales number SO181 ********** 11 .... I would like fibre to be in installed in my area!!!
