Fibre installation pathetic customer service

I'm using Vodacom fibre as an ISP and MTN as the line provider.

The installer does a mess of a job at my house, the wall sockets are not put back in place and my landline is not working. When I call Vodacom they tell it's not their problem. But they're the ones I have a contract with.
