Fibre Installation

<p>My Wife to be Adelle Souza cancelled her Vodacom Contract long after the contract had serviced its term and decided to go over to prepaid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom decided to install fibre in our complex Greenstone Bushwillow PArk and launced a massive campaign whereby we diecided it would be an option to install fibre.</p> <p> </p> <p>We filled in the application forms with Gosiame Mahlangu, Vodacom South Africa (External) in December whereby we where told they where closed in December. In January they got confused with our application due to some email box issue. Then after a long queries Gosiame stated it is a new application and need more information from us which we provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then we receive a message that due to her cancelling her vodacom contract she is now prelegal and the error is with Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>No they are going in circles and no one is answering the questions and getting results</p> <p> </p> <p>Quick to promote a service but proor in client service and getting the job done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic just pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
