Fibre Down Since 27 March 2026. Empty Promises and Lies..that's vodacom at its best

I call Vodacom every day and they keep giving me different stories. I was told a technician would come yesterday—no one arrived. Then it was a “migration” on 17–18 April, but today is the 19th and my fibre is still down. I repeat, my fibre is down since 27 March 2026 and I am the only one in my complex who is suffering. My neighbours are connected. Stop these automated responses, they are frustrating because we are talking to your robots—you pretend to care, but nothing gets resolved. Yet month-end deductions happen without fail, you dont even ask and you dont run after us. Pathetic service ever!
