Fibre down in Guesthouse full on International Guests

I downgraded the Vodacom Fibre line, they confirmed it will be done end April. This morning shortly after accepting the new Vodacom quote the fibre went down. They changed the speed and now there is no Service. Fibre down in Guesthouse full on International Guests. Not nice Vodacom. Some guests are working online. Now they cannot access the internet.
