Fibre down for days!!!!!!

My fibre connection went down on Sunday at 7pm today is day 3 and still no feedback, no sign that my issue is being looked into. All I'm getting from Web Africa is that once they have feedback from Vodacom they will come back to me. I'm running a small online business and this is absolutely crippling to me, my livelihood depends on my business and without the internet I cannot earn anything. I'm spending copious amounts of money of data and yet Web Africa has the audacity to debit my account for a service they and Vodacom are failing to provide!!!!!!!!

If this is not resolved TODAY I'm definitely cancelling my contract with immediate effect....Rain is on standby!!!
