Fibre delivery

Terrible service. Ordered fibre still awaiting Ram delivery of the router for more than 7 days now. When i called in Vodacom mentioned the delivery guy did not have card access to my complex. Ofcourse you wont have access hence you need to call me and make me aware you on your way.

Secondly, the RAM tracking number is not even communicated to me i cant even self track the order. Terrible service for a network provider i have used for long enough.
