Fibre deactivation, rellocation mess

My fiber connection has been de-activated. And I'm a paying customer. Can someone please explain why I was relocated to an area where there's no coverage. I have since asked for this rellocation to be cancelled and have my connection restored at my old address. No one is willing to assist with that. Please get someone to cancel this useless relocation so that I can create a new order at my old address
