Fibre contract
I have taken an unlimited fibre contract with Vodacom being assisted by Cedric Tabede, we had to cancel the contract after a month because I had to wait for installation and he made a mistake from his side. I took another one and I am still waiting for installation from SADV, they are telling me they are waiting for SADV, no one bothers to contact you, I am always following up. I have spoken to a lot of consultants, all giving a different story of their apps and my query, promising to get back and they never do, I have email communication but nothing from Vodacom.
I am really irritated with Vodacom at this point and I want to cancel that contract because this is ridiculous, waiting 2 months for installation.
