Fibre connectivity issues to VPN
SR***
Good day,
I require Vodacom to allow traffic to 154.118.255.106
It was working previously, and today we are unable to connect to a remote VPN. My wife is able to access it via hotspot on her mobile, but not through Vodacom Fibre.
I contacted the call centre and was advised to send an email.
Kindly assist urgently as this is for work purposes. You may contact Shivani Nair (my wife) on *** as she is experiencing the issues in connecting to their VPN.
Kind regards, Desigan Naidoo - ***
This email was sent through to ***
Turnaround time needs to be immediately as access is required for work purposes.
