Fibre connection
I have logged a service complaint on my fibre conection that out for more than 2 days now only to follow up and the next day to discover that my call was not logged but it will now be escalated only to wait another 24 hours and now getting a mail that is escalated. does escalated mean wait wait and wait. Absolutely pathetic service I wish I never joint Vodacom on this Fibre service but stuck in their contract system and just have to accept their poor service and absolutely pathetic turn around times

One would think that if you take time to escalate your complain to a public forum that you would get some action but instead another in due course response. HA HA HA REALY LAUGHABLE
