Fibre cancellations refund

I had a very bad experience with these people. I paid for vumatel connection and they kept changing their dates for installation which led me to cancel getting my refund back is a total nightmare until today mind you the matter is from the 31st of December. I lodged in a refund with Sibongile Nkabinde and Tshepiso Mothosi on the 20th of January 2026 as of 20th February 2026 which is the date I was told it will be reflecting in my account I still haven’t received my refund. I Called Vodacom and Olwethu Ngamlana had no clue if the refund was processed nor could she tell if it’s still being processed non whatsoever. This is very disappointing and disheartening that I must be the one constantly calling them to ask about my refund. Tshepiso Mothosi never rep**** to my emails when I asked the progress for the refund, this is so unprofessional and unacceptable. As a consumer at least I deserve some respect. Vodacom fibre is a ****, they are quick to request proof of payment for the installation and request the same proof to refund you as though they would have done the installation without the proof. If you want fibre instalation please try elsewhere.
