Fibre Activation or line release letter

I have made numerous requests for activation of fibre in my house since last year around October but up to this day this has not been done. I have been sent from pillar to post since then. Vodacom Customer Care department is the worst, they just prefer not to reply any email. As this seems to be hard for you guys to do, I 've resorted to look for another service provider to provide me with the service that you can't do. Still there is a problem because no service provider can help me because they say we have a Vodacom The last email I wrote was asking for a letter that confirms that we do not have a working fibre with Vodacom .
