Fibre
I recently ordered fibre.
Sales order number SO190 ********** 00.
The fibre was installes but the internet is not activated. I called and received a config number SR190 ********** 18.
I gave it a day, still not activated. I called again, gave it a day. Still not activated. Now I received an email from vodacom stating my sales order is complete and ready for debit order.
My fibre is still not working?! I have put this on hellopeter this morning. No one even contacted me.
