FIBER with Extras

So if apply online for fiber with vodacom with a option for a XBOX, TV, and soundbar. the delivery was when they come and install my fiber i will receive a voucher to get my parcels. that was on the 22 June, if been phoning ever since to find out what is going on where is my stuff, i have a SO number a SR number but every time i get a different answer. i emailed customer care for support, they did not help at all. i payed for everything end of July, and even till this day i cant come right. i am sooo frustrated of vodacom's bad service. i don't know how to get my stuff from them. and its almost 2 months. Any one have the same problem?
