Fiber support completely useless NB!!!!!!!! stay away!!!!!!

This has been utterly and totally the worst service I have received. Vodacom fibre consultants are completely clueless and useless when it come to assisting and problem solving, besides being the world's best *****. First they try help and when they cant it goes to second level who are nonexistent keep getting told they'll be in contact 15 times I've been told sill waiting for a phone call. Then you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager (who are also nonexistent) but kept getting told they are busy and will send my details so they can call back guess what not a single call back. Finally when you do get a hold of some one with a bit of knowledge you get **** to again they say they are unable to fix the problem and will need to send out a technician. The day comes when the technician supposed to be at your house but guess what again nothing no one comes you dont even receive a curtisy call letting you know. SO NB!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM FIBRE
