Fiber not working again
3 to 4 months back i struggled for 2weeks to get vodacom to come and replace my router so i can have wifi again. Now again same probleme. I phoned and complained on Mondat 16 June. Then they closed my ticket and said was resolved AFTER IT WAS NOT!! Now i must phone and phone... reboot and reboot... no one is giving feedback... no one is keeping promises. Im getting SICK AND TIRED of stuggling witb my fiber conection and asking phoning for updates.... im working from home but CANT i dont have wifi. Paying to much for service this ****!!!!!
