Fiber not working 2days

Disappointing service from vodacom and their consultants. I took out Fiber primarily for work, its been over 24 hours without connection. They said they will send a technician to sort the probl out and nobody has come, i have to call them for a whole lot of nothing. I am going to cancel my contract with them and find someone who will offer value for more and respect the fact that we need the network for work.
