Fiber line incorrect billing
Renewed my fiber contract for 12 months. They insisted that with the renewal, comes a new router (which I didn't need). April invoice had fiber line and 2x router costs!!! And now May invoice has fiber line and router cost. Sent proof of sales order of what I signed and agreed to, not being charged router costs per month, only the fiber line. Called everyday and still no resolution. If i reverse the debit order, my line will be cut but I want the over charges refunded asap
