Fiber down yet again!!!!

Here we go again!!!!!

Another fiber outage within a two week period!!!

How much must one endure no fiber service yet paying close to R1000 on a service one can hardly use anticipating that it won't go off again. I do understand if there is a copper breakage one can expect downtime of more than possibly 48 hours, but fiber?? How is it possible that one must wait for over 48 hours for a service to be restored? Technology and gadgets had been developed to help make the job easier like to do an FDTR test to determine where the breakage, splice, test and restore service? 48 hours??? Unbelievable!!

Logged another fault again at 13:35 on 01/09/23 ***- 417710. Today, 02/09/23 at 14:00 and still no service. How much longer??
