Fiber down for 1 week
Fiber down for 1 week. VC blaming Vumatel AND claiming Vumatel is non responsive. AND they cannot call them as only e-mail correspondence is allowed.
Turns out VC terminated my account with Vumatel. Bill was fully paid on time (Contacted Vuma myself and have e-mail evidence.)
VC not yet admitting this and my service is still DOWN.
Really seems VC does NOT care about their customers much at all.
