Fiber Disaster!! Vodacom is the worst!!!!!!

Vodacom is the worst service provider ever!!! I received a message today stating "Due to changes by your current fiber network operator, your current plan will be discontinued from 1 May. You will be migrated to the next available plan." I then called the call center, and the lady explained to me that the next plan cost over R600! which is insane! I went into a contract with Vodacom for R479 and Vodacom cannot just tell me I must now pay a higher amount because their service provider doesn't offer a certain package anymore. That is breach of contract!!!! Vodacom you cannot just tell me that you will migrate my plan not having options within my price range. As a client you breached the contract so I must have a right to continue or cancel my contract. Since I signed up for this fiber contract, I was having endless issues with connection inside the house is terrible and when I called to complain I was advised I would have pay to move the device in my premises. The lady that assisted me now was very kind and understood my frustration and I totally understand that it's just her job to inform me. I informed her that I would like to cancel my fiber since that package is no longer available, I was advised I would have to pay the cancellation.

Vodacom make contact with me to have this issue resolved!!!!
