Fiber contract with Vodacom

A salesperson from Vodacom phoned my sister with a very good fiber offer. She entered into a contract with them. They installed the rooter and another box on Monday 30th March - since then she doesn't have internet. She doesn't have tv or use her tablet. She phoned them every day and on Wednesday they said it is the one box they installed - they asked her about the lights showing on the box and apparently there are less lights on as there should be. Today is Friday and still no internet. We realize it is difficult times but a whole week and my sister is alone with no tv and no tablet????? Her ref nr SR***
