Fiber connection (Vodacom and Vumatel useless providers)

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. My Fiber connection has been down for two weeks now and all I'm getting is that the issue is being "escalated" but no results for two weeks. They can't even pick up a phone and contact their Infrastructure provider (vumatel), who is as useless as them by the way. The ticket is being bounced between the two useless entities.
