Fiber connection

Absolutely disgusted with vodacom fiber. My home has been out of fiber for over 2 weeks now. I have called vodacom over 5 times, someone was supposed to come in and get it fixed and till date no one has pitched up. There are many many other fiber companies that's half the price of vodacom and 100 % better service. Each time I call all I get told is that they will call me back and they never do. They are now waiting for feedback to see why the guy didn't pitch up last Friday to fix the fiber instead of sending someone new to sort it out. We work from home and this has now costed us a whole lot more money with regards to Data cost. I'm sick and tired of vodacom. They are a bunch of ******* and I'm now locked in a contract because of the agents lying and deceiving my father who is old. One of fiber service guys even come in once to do a repair and stole our laptop unfortunately this was not reported as we don't have cctv footage with regards to this.
