Fiber again an issue vodacom I can't do this
I'm done done done As any contracts now expire I'm out. Some people in the establishment are the only reason I stay with vodacom.
However the hand full that are unhelpful fills bring your entire establishment down.

South Africans are tiered that companies are quick to take our money and never bother to deliver on service. It's sad to think Vodacom treats clients who have ben with them for almost 15 years like this

Well technically I made contact with them and 1 specific lady did all the work and offered all the assistance since last week Friday she would call all the time trying to assist. Now all I need assistance with is finding someone to assist me with my account, I am being charged for bonus items I never asked for besides its a bonus why would I need to pay for it.... keep your bonus thank you very much. Furthermore I am being charged up to 3 times for the same insurance, that is just on 1 account I have managed to get invoices on, so am I tiered of Vodacom
